How much does a Domestic or International flight nanny trip typically cost?

The cost of a One-Way domestic trip with a flight nanny varies depending on several factors, including airfare, airline pet fees, car rental and hotel accommodations (if needed), and travel expenses. Most domestic deliveries are approximately $1000, with pricing typically ranging from $500 to $2000, depending on your pet's travel needs and destination.

International trips with a flight-nanny typically range between $2,000 and $5,000, based on factors including airfare, airline pet fee, rental car, hotel accommodations (if needed), and travel expenses, and your pet's travel needs and destination.

How much does a shared Domestic/International charter cost?

Domestic: ONE WAY-For example, chartering a plane from Chicago to Miami would price out around $15,000 one way, split between the number of pet parents. For our shared private charter flights on smaller aircraft, we intentionally limit the number of passengers to 5 or fewer to ensure every pet has plenty of space to travel safely and comfortably. By sharing the cost of the aircraft with other families, the price is significantly reduced while maintaining a VIP travel experience. Depending on the route, the total cost is typically $4000-$5000 per person and pet.

International: ONE WAY-For example, chartering a plane from NYC to London would price out around $50,000-$70,000 one way. We limit the number of pets and parents to 8 or fewer so that every pet has plenty of space to travel safely and comfortably. With expenses split between pet parents, it would come to around $15,000 per peson/dog

What does a Flight Nanny trip look like for your pet?
The night before, you will get one final check-in. The morning of, the dog/cat will be picked up and taken directly to the airport. Once we arrive, we check in, pass through TSA, and then go to the gate. Once we arrive at the gate, water, puppy pads, and toys will be available for some playtime. Before boarding, we head to the bathroom one final time. On the plane, your pet will be monitored at all times and made to feel as comfortable as possible. Once we arrive at our destination and we clear customs, we head straight to the baggage claim area, where we greet you with a happy pet! We send pictures, videos, and updates at every step of the journey; rest assured, you will be a part of the whole journey!
How long will my pet's journey be?
For domestic flights, pets need to be at the airport at least 2 hours before departure. Once the flight is completed, we will proceed straight to their family. Most trips are about 6-8 hours, depending on distance and if there is a layover.
For Shared and charter flights, pets need to be at the airport 1 hour before the flight and will be meeting their new family when we touch down and de-plane.
